Automotive Electronics – Sales, Marketing, Business Development

With a mission to solve traffic safety and congestion problem, Sirab Technologies has developed proprietary vehicle navigation guidance and automation architecture to address pain points of deploying a safe, reliable automated vehicles.

We are looking for a manager to lead Sales, Marketing and Business Development with proven confidence to deliver in innovative and IP intensive areas

Responsibility:

To support core mission of the company, Sales and Marketing Manager will lead and support in

  • Engaging deeply with tier-1 automotive OEMs, auto-component companies, strategic partners; deliver on sales and close deals
  • Build on existing opportunities and identify additional opportunities for growth
  • Evangelize Sirab Technologies’ proprietary solutions in automotive electronics space across relevant platforms
  • Identify and develop appropriate marketing strategy for Sirab Technologies’ products
  • Develop relevant sales, marketing, Business Development materials and as required
  • Organize online marketing campaigns, webinar sessions with relevant global stakeholders

Skill-sets

  • 7+ years relevant experience; in engaging with tier-1 automotive company, high-tech electronics, communications space highly preferred;
  • People management skills with ability to develop organizational relationships based on mutual trust.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial with strong work-ethic to deliver and ability to adapt in challenging times
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science with MBA or equivalent preferred

Compensation – Highly attractive commissions with performance based equity options.
